Duralactin anti-inflammatory products supply MicroLactin.
This is a patented milk protein derived from hyperimmunized cows. It
blocks cytokines and reduces the body's inflammatory response. Duralactin
Canine and Feline Liquid also contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids,
essential nutrients that are known to reduce inflammation and benefit
health in a variety of other ways. Duralactin Feline L-Lysine delivers
the amino acid l-lysine with MicroLactin and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty
acids. This compound has been show to help stop the reproduction of
the feline herpes virus (FHV-1) and to improve ocular, respiratory,
and immune system function in cats. Duralactin supplements do not share
the mechanism of action of any known drug and are not cyclooxygenase
(COX-1 or COX-2) inhibitors.
