Use Fish Tapes only as directed by your veterinarian.
Do not allow children to administer Fish Tapes.
Do not use at the same time as other medications.
Directions:
- Change all or most of the water in your tank.
- Remove activated carbon and UV sterilization units
from your tank. Continue with other filtration methods.
- Open capsules and distribute the contents around
the tank edges or add directly into the filter box.
- Add 1 Fish Tape capsule to your aquarium for every
4 gallons of water.
- Add 1 Fish Tape Forte capsule to your aquarium for
every 20 gallons of water.
- Allow your fish to bathe in the treated water for
5 to 7 days.
- Retreat if needed after 3 days.
Frequency of Use:
A single treatment is designed to last 5 to 7 days.
Re-treatment is allowed every 3 to 5 days, when necessary.
Storage:
Store Fish Tapes in a tightly closed container, in
a cool and dry location, away from children and pets.
It is a violation of Federal
Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
Fish Tapes contains praziquantel, an anthelmintic,
to remove flukes and other parasitic worms in aquarium fish. Praziquantel
works quickly to treat mild and severe infections, often eliminating
worms within hours. Fish Tapes are available in regular strength and
extra strength (Forte) for treating larger aquariums.

flatworms are being cultivated.
Do not use Fish Tapes in animals with a known allergy
to it or to similar medications.
