- Rinse animal thoroughly with clean water.

Directions for Ovitrol Plus Spray:
- For puppies and kittens weighing less than 3 lbs.,
lightly spray a towel with product. Wrap it around the animal, leaving
the eyes, nose, and mouth uncovered. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes. Alternatively,
lightly spray a brush or cotton ball and apply to your pet's coat. Prevent pet from becoming chilled during
treatment. Re-treat once every 2 months as needed, or as recommended
by your veterinarian.
- For dogs and cats, ruffle the coat and spray on a
light, even application. Start by covering your pet's eyes with your hand and quickly spraying the head
and ears. Spread product around the face with a clean cloth, avoiding
the eyes, nose, and mouth. Next, apply to the neck, chest, midsection,
and hindquarters. Finish with the legs and tail. Pace yourself to apply
1 to 2 depressions of the sprayer head per pound of body weight. Make
sure ticks, if present, become thoroughly wet by the solution. Do not
allow pets--particularly cats--to become chilled during treatment. Repeat
every 2 months if necessary, or as recommended by your veterinarian.
- For horses, brush the coat to remove dust and dirt.
Apply an even application of the product over the animal's coat. Take care to thoroughly cover the neck, shoulders,
topline, flanks, and legs. Spray a clean cloth and use it to apply product
to the face, avoiding the eyes, nose, and mouth. Repeat every 2 months
as needed, or as recommended by your veterinarian. For botfly eggs,
spray affected areas to the point of dampness, but not to the point
of the product running off. Treat the rest of the body as described
above.
