Antibacterial, Antifungal & Antiviral Skin Care Products
Zylafen is a safe and effective, alcohol-free topical
antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral agent. It treats a variety
of infections and dermatitis conditions, including dysecdysis (an abnormal
shedding condition), SCUD (septicemic cutaneous ulcerative disease),
skin and shell lesions, and mouth rot.
Zylafen provides one-step topical treatment for superficial
bacterial, fungal, and viral infections on reptiles. It is safer and
more potent than products for similar purposes, even safe if accidentally
ingested by your pet.

Directions:
- Keep the reptile's environment clean during therapy.
- Apply Zylafen with a clean applicator.
- Cover the affected area with the product.
- Use twice daily for two weeks.
- Dry and reapply if treated area gets wet.
Frequency of Use:
Zylafen is typically applied to the affected site
2 times per day for a period of 2 weeks.
Visible symptoms may clear up before an infection
is completely treated. Do not stop use earlier than recommended by your
veterinarian.
Storage:
Keep out of reach of children and animals.
Store Zylafen at controlled room temperature.
It is a violation of Federal
Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
Zylafen is made with the "Zymox Three Enzyme System,"
comprised of lactoperoxidase, lysozyme, and lactoferrin. Together, these
three active enzymes exert antimicrobial and antiviral effects to eliminate
bacterial, fungal, and viral infections. Zylafen is made without irritating
ingredients, including alcohol and chlorine.
Warnings:
Keep Zylafen out of reach of children and animals.
Do not use or store in or near open flame or heat.
Zylafen is only intended for use on reptiles. Do
not apply to other species. Not for use on humans.
For external use only.
CAUTION: This product should be reapplied
if the reptile is exposed to water. Dry the area thoroughly first.
Keep your pet's environment clean during treatment
with Zylafen.
If the reptile's condition fails to improve or
gets worse, discontinue application and contact your veterinarian.
Zylafen is generally well tolerated, but individual
sensitivities are possible with any medication. If you observe any adverse
effects in your pet, talk to your veterinarian.
Do not use concomitantly with other topical products
unless expressly instructed to do so by your veterinarian. Consult your
veterinarian before administering other drugs or supplements during
use.
